Surprise everyone, when you return home,
preparing four typical Mexican sauces.

At the beginning of the workshop you can
enjoy a delicious guacamole made with your
own hands, while you learn a little more about
the history of the molcajete.

In addition, you will learn to prepare two
different sauces made with green chili and two
sauces made with dried chili peppers, which
you can use to accompany your favorite
dishes, or as a base in more sophisticated stews.

At the end you can enjoy your creations with
some delicious tacos made on the grill or in the comal.

Go home with your cookbook, so you don´t
forget what you learned at Villa Dorada.
